| Orientation for ages 0 to 17 will begin June 6, 2002 at Northwest Electric Medallion Room, 2925 Williams Avenue, Woodward, Ok. It is extremely important for everyone to be on time and ready to go for all events. | |

| For each contestant planning to use a tape accompaniment for her talent, the quality of the music we can give you depends entirely upon the quality of the tape you furnish. It's a good idea to bring an extra backup tape. We will not be held responsible for tapes that are not picked up that night after the pageant. Our sound technician will have them in the back of the auditorium. Please do not expect us to mail them to you. | |

| 3:00 pm | Orientation & Press Interview at Northwest Electric Medallion Room 2925 Williams Ave. Woodward. Orientation is for contestants, their Mothers or Chaperones, Hostesses, and Board Members. |

| Moms of out of town contestants may check into their motel room. Please plan to stay over night with your daughters or make arrangements for a chaperone. | |
| 6:30 pm | Dress rehearsal in the Woodward Cultural Center, 818 Main Street, Woodward. Bring talent costumes and swim suits. We will be wearing shoes in the swim suit competition. Everyone must be on time. Wear comfy clothes. It's a long night. |

Rehearsal, if needed, in the Woodward Cultural Center. Make arrangements with Sally Miller Friday night. |
| 12:30 pm | Judges Interview. You will meet your Judges for the first time. Wear a pretty suit or a street dress (no hats or gloves). Standing behind or to either side of the podium, you will give a 30 second presentation telling about yourself and your platform. This will be followed by a 7 minute interview. After that, you will have up to 1 minute 30 seconds to address the judges about anything you would like to have discussed during the interview. If you are satisfied with your interview, you do not have to use any of this time. Your interview accounts for 30 percent of your score. |
| 4:30 pm | Eat a bite, take off your shoes and relax. Contestants, hostesses and board members. |
| 7:00 pm | All contestants at the auditorium in evening gowns. Please be on time as we have a lot to do before show time. Pageant is at 7:30 pm. Hairdressers are permitted form 6:00 pm to 7:15 pm only in a designated area. Do not have them come back stage after that time. |
| Sorry, no Mothers, friends or well wishers will be permitted back stage or at the Cultural Center at any time. If you need anything, see your Hostess and she will take care of it. On Stage questions taken from your platform will be asked at the beginning of the Evening Gown Competition. | |
